I surfed a seaside
"I surfed a seaside for years mainly on 2-3 ft outer reef and loved it but when it was bigger it was hard to get it to bite as it was too quick. I feel like the mashup is everything good about the seaside in a more refined package. Easier to paddle and duck dive, fast and loose but also holds on rail."

"After approx 8 years out of water I am trying to revive some form & just enjoy the surf again. As an older surfer I tried to purchase boards to assist my comeback & not undermine my confidence or progress. I first brought a 7’4” mid length BossUp which has been a good platform to get on my feet, catch waves and assist to get my confidence back. As I improved I felt I also needed a shorter board but still with volume to handle better the sharp steep shore breaks I encounter where I surf on the Gold Coast. I purchased a 6’6” Mashup after reading reviews & believe it was exactly what I needed at this stage of my comeback & surfing ability. The Mashup is very easy to paddle, easy to catch waves & with added performance in turns. This board feels very stable, is fast and has performance ability. I’m really happy with this board and can’t stop using it."

"It's everything expected and more. It goes great as a groveller and a performance board. I upgraded from a 5'3"" Seaside to 5'6"" Mashup to get a board to suit a greater variety of wave conditions and to be able to swap between a quad and thruster, and it hasn't disappointed me."
