6’3 one board quiver

"I bought the 6’3 on a whim it looks weird a d is just a twin !!! First surf was waist high mush. First paddle out I realised in comparison to my 5’7 seaside it paddles/glides twice as fast. It paddles into waves way easier than the seaside and performs like a thruster shortboard but is so fast. Every subsequent surf it gets better and is mental on a head high wave. The seaside is sold !! This revo max is nearly a one board quiver , I still take a 9’2 log with me in case the waves are knee high and below everything above that the revo max is magical. I cannot believe how good this board is and I’ve surfed probably 50 ish boards. Don’t go on litres sizing this board as my 6’3 is 35 litres and feels thin but floats and paddles better than the 6’10 boss up I have. I’m 170lbs and 5’10 and 60yrs old and this is perfection. It makes the seaside feel old and boring. Grab one while you can. I’m not sponsored! I just believe in honest reviews."

Paddles Fast and Holds on Steeps

"I’m 150 lbs, 5’7”, and 55 yrs. I got a 5’8” (33 L) Revo a few years back and still love it. I’m comfortable enough surfing that in up waves up to a couple of feet overhead, but I wanted a board that could hold in up to DOH and that could paddle fast (I ain’t getting any younger). I was torn between getting the 6’ and 6’3” Revo Max. I wanted a go-to board that would be solid for up to DOH (and bigger waves than that I’ll jump on my “proper” step-up. ). In terms of sizing, I was worried that the 6’3” might be too corky, for my needs, And… I obsessed that the 6’0” (at 31. 3 L, I think), might compromise my paddling speed/wave count. I pulled the trigger on the 6’ and I am so stoked! It paddles faster than I anticipated. (Even with less volume than my Revo, perhaps the extra length and minor tweaks (a tad less rocker) makes it feel even easier to glide into waves. ) In the past week I’ve surfed it three times: two sessions at a point, one of the days well overhead; and this morning’s session at a speedy beach break head high+. It felt so solid underfoot; super fast, and when my foot’s on the tail I was able to go vertical on a few and cutback with near enough to the pocket. My new favorite board."

"I’ve always enjoyed Tomo boards, this board goes awesome on point breaks, paddles well and has good speed through slower sections. It’s easy to get on rail to whip through a cutback, it feels solid and connected to the wave. If you love doing turns buy this board. I use as a step up and packing it for a trip to the Maldives"
